As a Listing Agent located in the tristate area of DC, MD & VA, I completely understand what it takes to ensure that properties are sold, which includes actively communicating with Buyer's agents and ensuring we get a significant number of eyes on our listing, providing high quality photography, virtual tours, virtual staging etc to put us in the best position possible to obtain multiple offers.
I go a step beyond most agents by attending the appraisal process and providing comps (while staying compliant) to the appraiser, which eliminates HALF of their work and my homes have appraised EVERY TIME!
As a full time licensed professional I've sharpened my skills to logically understand all parties to the transaction but to also have the emotional intelligence to push forward in the best light possible to get the deal to closing.
